An upbeat, energetic girl with a tendency to swear. She grew up on the streets and lacks manners, an education, and a respect for authority. Mischievous and playful, she enjoys provoking and teasing others. Her weapon of choice is a steel water pipe, which she is not often seen without, and she also bears an uncannily advanced regeneration ability.
+ history
Hella was born more than 50 years after "Nightfall," or what Path to Nowhere characters colloquially refer to as the apocalypse. She was orphaned at age 7, and became involved with several gangs just to survive, participating in scams, fraud, and theft.
Gangsters that she was allied with sold her to a PARMA laboratory for beer money. At the laboratory, Hella was experimented on with various chemicals until she awoke as a sinner, which in the Path to Nowhere canon, means that she gained supernatural powers from repeated exposure to a substance called mania. Her cells mutated, and she gained extraordinary regenerative abilities.
While initially not interested in her regenerative abilities, the laboratory instead decided to use her as "consumable material"; she was used as a punching bag for the strengthening of another experiment, Ninety-Nine. When talking about the brutal nature of the experiments, she simply says "don't ask for specifics, you couldn't handle hearing about it."
After just less than a year of being imprisoned there, Hella and Ninety-Nine escaped the facility together. Following this, they lived on the streets of Syndicate until Hella's arrest and detainment by the MBCC, which is where she now resides.
Following her capture, she's become an asset to the MBCC, and helps them out in containing mania incidents.
